Also today I looked at a flat. The woman from the letting agency was late. The flat was quite nice but a bit small. Its cost is 450 pounds per month and it is furnished in the town centre not far from Morrisons. She said: I think it is a good price, a good bargain, it is surprising it has not been snapped up yet. There are a lot of viewings going at our agency, we are very busy, even though it is Christmas. It might get snapped up soon. I know some other flats on our ageny that are worse but cost more, why just the other day there was a horrible flat for 500 pounds, this is a good one.
Maybe she was lying through her teeth, I don't know. Anyway it is quite a nice flat and I am considering renting it.
