I drew a plot of the closing times by month, taken from the sign. Here it is:
It's quite satisfying to think that someone worked this out, and then made that wonderful sign. And not just any old sign, they cast it in steel.
I can't remember what park it is, but the sign is near a statue of Oscar Wilde on a rock.
